    As someone who has spent years searching for spaces that prioritize depth, self connection, community, and artistry, Taylor has made it her purpose to create them herself. Her “Why” is deeply tied to her journey as an artist, a seeker, and life long student. Facilitating in a way that encourages self discovery as well as technical mastery.

  • Sarah is a dancer and instructor with a passion for the tiniest of details and the unconventional. Her specialty lies in the art of leggy low flow and in drawing out the richness of your foundations - shaping movement that feels magnetic.

    Rooted in the fundamentals and steeped in sensuality and play, Sarah’s teaching invites dancers into spaces where freedom and technique intertwine. She guides others to move not only for how it looks, but for how it feels.

  • The creative force behind Cipher returns with a second retreat designed to deepen the journey of self expression through pole dance. Her signature blend of raw sensuality and intricate storytelling invites you to embrace vulnerability and explore new depths.

  • Cipher is for anyone with a basic understanding of low flow foundations - you’ll want to have experience in basic spins, grips, and turns.

    Cipher instructors are deeply skilled at cultivating spaces for all levels and will meet you exactly where you are.

  • How to create depth within your movement. How to make it more intentional, more dimensional, and more you. Through technical instruction and guided exploration you will learn how to deepen and expand the way you move.  

  • We understand that situations vary and are happy to work with you. Payment plans will be made on an individual case basis, reach out to Woolfsbane directly at alicewolfsbane@gmail.com

    Please note that all payments are non-refundable. If your situation changes - you can transfer your spot. We will do our best to help if the retreat is at capacity.

  • Flights, travel insurance, meals and personal expenses.

    The house will be stocked with some snacks and water to start you off - the area is surrounded with local shops, grocery stores, markets and restaurants.

  • Arrival day is Sunday March 15, check in will start late afternoon.

    Departure day is Sunday March 22, check out at 11am.

    We recommend flying in to Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX).

  • Your usual bag for pole class:

    - Water bottle the size of your head

    - The concoction you use to film

  • Spring is the perfect time in CDMX, right before it gets hella hot. You will get an email with more details closer to the date, depending on weather.

    Normally - it’s about +25C, meaning shorts and a light overcoat weather. Bring some comfy shoes you can walk in, and something to cozy up in at the house.
